Alpha Judgment Resource is a judgment collection service serving Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties. We started the business when we won a case in small claims court a number of years ago and quickly realized we were on our own for getting the money from the person we sued. The satisfaction of winning the case in court quickly wore off. Realizing the need for a professional collection service, we began taking cases. We enjoy the satisfaction of finding the debtors' financial resources and at the risk of sounding corny, bringing them to justice. We have the resources, experience, and determination, to enforce the judgment you worked so hard to get.

We are members of the National Judgment Network (NJN), a nationwide organization dedicated to the business of judgment recovery. We adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards of business.

What is Judgment Collection?

In a nutshell, we work on your behalf to locate the defendant, find their assets, process and file the legal documents with the courts to recover your money.

To us, judgment collection is a valuable community service. The vast majority of civil judgments go uncollected each year. Nationally, the average is a staggering 80% that are not collected! That suggests that the "easy" part was winning the judgment. The courts probably helped you with the legal paperwork and walking you through the legal process of suing someone. But that is where they stopped. Now you are on your own to collect what the court says is owed to you. That's where we come in. We finish your case.
